. Green Earth Sanitation and Services, located on Front Street, Monrovia, opposite Upper Link is offering residential and commercial waste management services. GESS offers wide range of services to the residential and commercial clients, from collecting household and commercial wastes to disposing it properly to government approve locations. We will be going after the lower-upper end of the market, typically the low-middle to high income earners who are knowledgeable and conscious about their health and their immediate environment and are more than willing to pay for the services of a waste management company. The business is being managed by Emmanuel G. Wilson. He is responsible for scheduling, estimates, training, inventory, ordering, payroll and customer care management. The business organizational type is a sole proprietorship, with fifteen cleaners (Janitors) within the first three months. According to sales forecasts, net profits within four months will be a respectable percentage of sales and will grow steadily through year three.
