GreenHouse Ventures(GHV) is Cameroon’s leading sustainable agriculture company with a mission to use the innovative low cost greenhouse technology to increase production and profits while saving the environment. Since inception, GHV has done extensive research leading to its ability to standardize the technology for every ecological zone in Cameroon making it possible to set up a farm anywhere. We have also been to standardize the cultivation procedures ensuring the cultivation of a wide variety of produce as well as exotic crops such as strawberries, coloured bell peppers, broccoli etc that are not normally grown in Cameroon. With such successes, GHV has introduced a franchise model that has attracted and engaged many, especially youths. With this model, franchisees bring land and GHV brings the technology and both split the proceeds for a period of 3 years and after which GHV remains the buyer of their harvests. Today, GHV has set up over 80 greenhouses in 4 regions in Cameroon and producing over a collective 500kgs weekly without cessation. Our technology has a life span of 10 years. It promotes year round farming and ensures more harvest per unit area compared to outdoor farms ensuring a positive return on investment within 18months. Our technology is environment friendly and can greatly reduce carbon footprint with scale. Our end goal is to engage multiple growers, who will grow under a unique brand and a common market and processing by GHV.
