IMANI TALENT MARKETING AGENCY is focused on developing, managing and marketing talent as a business career. Powered by the vision to maximize talent potential and influence, Imani uses innovative and internet based approaches to train, develop, manage and market talent that reaches national and international influence. Imani programs and activities can all be summed up into one solution to one problem, which is “HOW TO MAXIMIZE ONE’S TALENT POTENTIAL”. The following are the agency’s key strategic questions How to make sure we give as many people access to talent discovery opportunities”. How do we help to develop talent in a way that is cost effective but also very efficient? How do we make sure that talent is managed and marketed so efficiently to make it grow and extend into national and international markets? Imani Talent Marketing Agency’ strategic approach to solving the above uses the following 1) Develop talent entrepreneurs instead of talent careers 2) Using Internet based training programs 3) Using real life social problems to develop Talent entrepreneurship projects 4) Encouraging multi-talented careers instead of single talent careers At the moment the agency targets all ages with its specially packaged programs that cater to different age groups. We have developed the shooting star training program for children below 12, teen star training program for teenagers aged 13-19, then talent programs for people aged 20 and above. We continue to market and reach other countries and markets with specialized programs. The agency is run by its co-founders Kefentse Gokgonwang who is the Managing Director and holds a BSc in Computer Science from Botho and Vusi Jamal who is the Talent Marketing Director and holds a Marketing Degree from University of Botswana. The business is based in Gaborone, Botswana. It started in 2017 in January and has trained 2 intakes since its inception who are working on talent productions to be released late in 2017
